Eagles Wins Section 2AA Academic Honors

The Eagles Swim & Dive Team not only won the Section 2AA Championship, they also earned the Silver Academic Award. This achievement recogizes the Section team's 3.73 GPA, which was #1 in Section 2AA.

Congratulations to Pate Hansen (4th), Tommy Heil (3) and Peter Hegland (1st) for advancing to next week's Swim & Dive State Championships. Hegland broke the pool record and bettered EP's school record for an 11-Dive program with a total of 448 points. Tonight, the swimmers will be competing in the 2AA Section Championships. Competition begins at 6p at Hidden Oaks Middle School in Prior Lake.
