Congratulations to the EP Swim & Dive Team for their 8th place finish in the class "AA" MSHSL State Championships.  Special recognition to Kylie Rydland (SO) for breaking her own EP High School Record in the 100 Breaststroke.  The Eagles were represented in the following events:

The EP Girls Swim & Dive Team scored 862 points en route to a victory and also set 3 new meet records:

• 200 Medley Relay JV Meet Record (Michelle Haung, Caitlyn Rud, Greta Dunn, Charlotte Snyder - 1:57.99)
• 100 Fly JV Meet Record (Caitlyn Rud - 100.91)
• 100 Breast JV Meet Record (Caitlyn Rud - 1.11.81)

In the process of the Eagles’ Lake Conference win over Wayzata, their 200 Medley Relay set a new pool record of 1:48.46, eclipsing the Edina’s previous record by 0.02 seconds.  Congratulations to the relay of Katelyn Pennell (SO) Kylie Rydland (SO), Kaylen Hou (SR) and Olivia Swanson (SR).

The Eagles scored 275 points at the MSHSL Boys “AA” Swim & Dive State Championships en route to a 2^nd place finish, extending their streak to seven consecutive seasons finishing in the top 3.  EP set an All-Time state record in the 200 Freestyle Relay (1:23.49), an “AA” record** in the 100 Butterfly (48.25) and a school* record in the 50 Free (20.31).
